National GEAR UP Week Teacher Tuesday

GEAR UP Students in classes 2028 and 2029 will focus on the people who help support them along the way by completing thank you cards for teachers and staff members who have encouraged or made a difference for them.  Students will be encouraged to focus on teachers who have helped light the way – the ones who encourage you, teach you, challenge you, or simply believe in you.  Students will also participate in Student Success Agency (SSA) Kickoffs, introducing/reconnecting them with SSA digital mentoring.  Students participating in Teacher Tuesday can visit the GEAR UP table during lunch for a raffle ticket.  A student-led teacher interview will also be shared on the Summers County GEAR UP Facebook page.
